I would honestly give this a 4/5. It's admittedly really easy to read Dostoyevsky in shorter chunks, as I still haven't picked up Crime and Punishment to finish. Maybe this was the push I needed. Regardless, beautiful but sickening writing.

A truly entertaining but ultimately despairing story, about as Dostoyevsky as it gets. Addiction is a sickness whose cure belongs in the hands of the sick, only they willingly ignore that.
